Halotherapy is a dry salt inhalation therapy.
A dedicated halogenerator grinds and crushes pure salt into tiny particles.
These are dispersed into the halosuite via a dry salt aerosol.
Inhalation of this works to aid respiratory issues and skin conditions.
Hydrotherapy is the use of the massaging and supportive qualities of water to improve health. It is linked to drops in blood pressure, more peaceful sleep, pain alleviation, improved blood flow and a lowering of stress.
